Yes, HearSound is compatible with any TV that has Optical Audio, Line Out Audio, or Coax Audio connections. We recommend using Optical Audio for the best experience. Both Optical and Line Out cables are included with every HearSound product.
What if it doesn't work with my TV?
HearSound is designed to work with virtually all TVs made in the last 20 year, thanks to its compatibility with a variety of audio input options. In the rare case that it doesn’t work for your setup, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Simply reach out to us to start the process.
Can I use HearSound with the TV on mute?
Yes, you can. The volume on each HearSound device is controlled independently from the TV, so you can mute the TV and still enjoy your shows through the headphones!
Can two people use HearSound devices at the same time?
Yes! Just pair a second set of headphones with the transmitter, and both can enjoy clear audio simultaneously.
