We want you to love your HearSound experience. If something isn’t working quite right, yes- we absolutely accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
But before you send it back, we’d love the chance to help you first.
Most issues are resolved quickly with a simple fix—usually pairing your headset and transmitter or adjusting a setting on your TV. Better yet, our team offers free one-on-one phone support, and we have a high success rate getting customers up and running in just minutes.

- If we are unable to get your product working, we’ll send you a Return Request Form link via email. Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval and a completed Return Request Form.
Return Policy Overview
- We offer a 30-day return policy, beginning from the date you receive your order.
- All returns require prior approval and a completed Return Request Form before sending your item back.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that you may be charged for missing pieces that are not included in your return. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation from us when the refund has been issued from HearSound USA.
